After years of research, Wellman Sports and Bobby Bystrowski have put together an incredible strength and athletic training program for young ball players. Our DYNAMO Program combines training procedures and protocol of several MLB organizations, adjusted to be age appropriate.
Training Includes: Pylometrics, Light Weights, Body Weight, Medicine Balls, and Jump Ropes
Training Focus On: Explosive Movements, Dynamic Body Strength, and Stretching to enhance the player’s overall game performance
**Athletes must bring: 3lb dumbbells, jump rope, towel, and 1 gal of water
